There are electronic mail systems with which you are all familiar by now. In an e-mail a message can be sent anywhere in the world for free, without having to leave your desk. The same message can be sent to many people at the same time. The message is delivered really very fast, almost at the same moment. It is very easy to send a reply to an e-mail as soon as it is received, using a Reply button. Video, sound and graphics can be sent using an e-mail.
